One of the key aspects of the activity of GALVAPNO Group is the maximum application of the lime deposits with their minimum losses at all stages of processing, which allows producing the top-quality stone and lime of the extracted raw materials the characteristics of which remain unchanged.
The Company extracts and processes the limestone from Stryhantsi Pi quarry, perspective limestone reserves of which are 120mln tonnes.
From the extracted raw materials, the Plant produces the stones of different fractions:
0-10 mm
10-20 mm
20-40 mm
40-80 mm
Grade 1 burnt lime
Ground lime
Slaked lime.

In October 2022 GALVAPNO Group launched a new modernized lime burning complex at Stryhantsi quarry with the application of SYNTHESIS Technology by Italian Company QualiCal with the involvement of foreign investments.
The manufacturer has been working in the В2В market sector since 2017.
The enterprise specializes in the production and processing of limestone.
The advantage of our production is the extraction of top-quality limestone and the location of all facilities on the territory of Stryhantsi Pit providing for the compliance of the constructed lime burning complex with the maximum possible energy efficiency level and the highest level of environmental safety.
The uniqueness of production: the calcium component in the raw material from Stryhantsi quarry is 54%; a newly constructed furnace works on the least contaminative type of fuel i.e. natural gas; its activity is 95% which conforms to the world standards, and productivity is 450 tones of lime/day. At the construction, a modern system of flue gas treatment was installed.
According to Illia Marchevskyi, the investor and owner of the company, the realization of such an ambitious project is based on the highest European standards, is oriented towards the national, and international markets and world quality standards, which allows providing for top-quality products for the international partners, strategic spheres of economy, and may compete with the foreign lime suppliers.
