The requirements in EN 459-1 are based on the results of the construction lime testing determined according to EN 459-2.
Application
Piecewise burnt lime is a product received by burning the limestone in the pit furnaces. The lumpy quicklime is used in the metal industry, chemical industry, pulp and paper industry, soda industry, and environment protection.
Warranty period
The warranty period of piecewise burnt lime is 30 days from the day of manufacturing on the condition of storage in a damp-proof place.
